 Orders shipped outside Spain may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country's regulations. These processes can take extra time and are beyond my control. Any additional charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.

In accordance with Spanish consumer law, customers have the right to return or exchange non-customized items within 14 days of receiving their order.

The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

However, custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are tailored specifically to your measurements and preferences. By placing an order for a custom piece, you agree to this policy.

Please contact lisovska.lingerie@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. If I haven’t started crafting it yet, I’ll be happy to make the necessary changes. Similarly, cancellations are only possible if the item has not yet been made.

If you receive your order damaged, please get in touch with either the carrier or me to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and the damaged items before reaching out.
