Returns and exchanges

In accordance with Spanish consumer law, customers have the right to return or exchange non-customized items within 14 days of receiving their order. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

However, custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as they are tailored specifically to your measurements and preferences. By placing an order for a custom piece, you agree to this policy.

Modify or cancel order

Please contact lisovska.lingerie@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. If I haven’t started crafting it yet, I’ll be happy to make the necessary changes. Similarly, cancellations are only possible if the item has not yet been made.
